The Techsperience Policy Portal is a multi-tenant SaaS for creating, simplifying, assigning, acknowledging and evidencing company policies. Built around versioned, audience-aware sections so the right people see the right content — and you can prove they did.
§ What it does
Five jobs, one tool.
Create & rewrite
Draft from scratch, convert an uploaded DOCX/PDF into the section template, or have AI simplify dense paragraphs into plain English. Admin review is always required before publishing.
Assign by audience
Audiences are the unit of access. Map Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace groups to audiences and policy assignments follow group membership automatically.
Knowledge checks
Optional per-policy quizzes — three to six questions is the recommended default. Required passes are version-locked and recorded with each acknowledgement.
Evidence on demand
Every acknowledgement is recorded against the exact version and section IDs the user saw. Auditor view is read-only. The audit log is immutable.
§ What it is not
Honest about scope.
The Policy Portal supports alignment with frameworks like UK GDPR, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials. It does not, and will not, claim to make you "compliant" with anything — only an auditor can say that. The portal records the artefacts an auditor cares about so the answer can be evidenced. The work of complying is still yours.

Techsperience.
The Policy Portal is built by Techsperience, a managed-IT firm operating since 1999 and registered in England and Wales (Co. No. 03741699). Techsperience runs technology for boutique private-practice law firms across London and the Home Counties; the portal is the policy-governance side of what we already do for those clients, packaged so any organisation can use it.
